lt adopts transparent polycarbonate material PCwhich has higher mechanical strength,is applied to high-speed centrifugation,and withstands centrifugal force up to 50,000xg. Excellent light transmission performance clearly observes the substance in the bottle and the effect after separation. The bottle wall is smooth and effectively reduces the cells. Shear force. No trifluoroamine migration, no cytotoxicity, excellent chemical resistance. lt can be stored in a low temperature environment of -70 degrees Celsius, and the built-in sealing ring of the cap forms a press-fit seal with the inner surface of the bottle mouth to form a good seal. It can be processed at high temperature and pressure and reused. The filling amount during centrifugation should not be less than 80% of the tota capacity. The cap can be placed on the bottle mouth during high temperature autoclaving. Do not tighten or remove the cap. lt is recommended to autoclave before using for the first time.
